The hotel has a good location, making it convenient to explore the area. Plus, parking is available, making it easier to come and go as you please. the breakfast is great, with fresh bread and an amazing cappuccino.
The hotel is not well-maintained. It is clear that they haven't invested much in upkeep, and it shows in the state of the facilities.

The staff is very positive, rooms are clean and comfortable, their design is very modern. The restorant is very good (both cooking and service were excellent) and rather cheap (comparing to restorants in Rome). They serve continental breakfast with a good choice. There is a free WiFi in rooms. Also there is an outlet close to the hotel.
It is not that I dislike, it is something I would like to remind to travellers who choose this hotel. First, to families with kids - there is no special place for kids to play. Also one needs a car to get there and back to Rome for sightseeing or shopping.

This hotel is not 4*. everything like in bed 3*. Rude personal, pure breakfast, pure rooms.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, with easy access to parking. The highlight for me was definitely the excellent breakfast. The cappuccino here is one of the best I've ever tasted and the fresh bread is simply delightful. The price was reasonable and the comfort of the mattress was top-notch.
For anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay, I highly recommend this place.

4 star rating is a joke. This is a 2 star hotel. There is nothing really bad about it, but it's not worth 80 euros a night, a fair price would be 60 euros.

Nice comfortable rooms with air conditioning, friendly staff.
No swimming pool, restaurant closed on sunday, far away from nearest city.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The parking was ample and convenient. Transportation to and from the hotel was hassle-free. The location was perfect, with easy access to attractions in the area. The breakfast was excellent, with one of the best cappuccinos I've ever had and freshly baked bread. The staff was great. The price was reasonable, and the comfort of the mattress was excellent.
There were no negative aspects.

Large room. easy access from main road
Noisy in the morning. Rooms are not enought insonorized from the corridor.

Easy to find (right off the motorway). Room was renovated and clean. Close to the beach by car. Breakfast was good and internet worked well. Convenient for going to Rome by car.
Nothing special about this hotel. Depressing location for a vacation - right off the motorway with no restaurants or anything else for that matter within walking distance. Not close to Pomezia centre.

The hotel is conveniently located with ample parking space and a great breakfast. the cappuccino served here is one of the best I've ever had and the freshly baked bread is delicious. the price is reasonable and the mattresses are very comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep.
The lack of maintenance is evident and the hotel could use some improvements in that area.

Good location if you are heading south of Rome and want accommodation for the night, instead of paying airport prices. Trendy hotel with a great continental breakfast.

We were on our way south and needed a place to stop for the night. THe hotel's location and facilities were exactly what we needed. We came in late because our flight was delayed and the staff went out of their way to provide us with dinner eventhough they were done for the day. THe rooms are clean and functional. A kind of a modern road hotel.
The 4 starts rating is an over-estimation and the price is also too high for what you get

Location was fine,
Poor breakfast quality, elevator limited for 3 people. Need further renovation to meet its value. Language barrier
